These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Exotic Car Dex Discord bot (the "Bot") and the Exotic Car Dex community website (the "Website"). By using the Bot or the Website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Bot, in line with Discord's Terms of Service. By using the Bot you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. The service
The Bot is a free-to-play collection and racing game for Discord servers. It lets you catch virtual cars, earn in-game credits, open packs, race other players, fight boss battles, and trade on a community market.
Credits, cars, and other items in the Bot are virtual. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and may be changed, reset, or removed by the operators at any time.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not exploit bugs, errors, or design flaws in the Bot.
- Do not automate the Bot using scripts, macros, or self-bots.
- Do not use multiple accounts to farm rewards or evade limits.
- Do not harass, threaten, or abuse other players.
- Do not attempt to access or modify data you are not authorized to access.
Violating these rules may result in a warning, suspension, or permanent ban from the Bot, without refund of any virtual items or credits.
4. User conduct & moderation
Server staff and the Bot operators may moderate gameplay, adjust balances, remove listings, or take disciplinary action as they see fit to keep the game fair and fun. All moderation decisions are final.
5. Changes to the service
We may update the Bot's features, economy, commands, and pricing at any time. We may also change these Terms; continued use of the Bot after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
6. Termination
You may stop using the Bot at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Bot for any user at our discretion, including for violating these Terms.
7. Disclaimer & liability
The Bot and Website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators are not liable for any loss, damage, or disruption arising from use of the Bot or Website.
